At INK’D London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened cosmetics cannot be returned.

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your parcel back to our London headquarters for inspection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
